The all new 4 Weeks Wellness/Weight Loss Challenge is a team centric weight loss and physical activity program that will assist you and your teammates in making positive changes that lead to a healthier lifestyle.  By competing in our Weight Loss Challenge, you will begin to form healthy habits through physical activity and improved nutrition.

Unlike traditional slimming clubs, they provide more than the average ‘pay-weigh-and-go’ classes. Included in the weight loss challenge is  a full months supply of Meal- 2Canisters of Formula1 Shakes + comprehensive wellness questionnaire + professional body composition analysis + advice on simple changes you can make to improve your lifestyle. A body composition analysis will  identify individuals’ percentage body fat, how much muscle mass they have, how hydrated they are and what their metabolic age is. We have a weekly weigh and measure so you and us can track your progess. During the challenge you’ll have your own personal coach to help you find the right plan for you.

The cost for the 4 week Weight Loss Challenge workshop is only RM650, making it very affordable. Majority of the registration fee goes back to the participants in terms of Formla1 Shakes, Tea Mix (100gms), Aloe Vera + Tools for 1months supply, Free meal plan, Weekly Gift Prizes, Free Healthy Beverages, Snacks and Cash Prizes* to the top biggest losers at the end of 4 weeks.

Prizes are based on 20 participants. Prizes are relative to the number of participants.
